bought madgiveaway.com as parked and meant to build a free stuff site but kept it parked. (too many free stuff programs contain spyware)

agreed, imodo in beta but stats have been consistent. thus said, those domaintools figures also add to the potential of the domain. meaning that domain is offered not only for stats but for total potential value.

A domain getting 4000 uniques per day is usually ranked higher then 3,000,000 in alexa. Any explanation here?

The domain has almost NO history/PR, minimal backlinks, Alexa rank is well over 3 million, and your saying it's receiving 4,000 page views per day from what is otherwise direct type-in traffic??

I will give you your asking price of $1,000 if you firstly let me test it for 1 week using Google Analytics on one of our custom templates. If it receives more than an average of 1,000 unique visits per day it's a deal and I will PayPal your $1,000 - do we have one?

I'm interested and I will pay the asking price but I would like to have tested it for 1 week. I wouldn't have asked but the stats don't add up as it is, I'm really surprised it's type-in unless someone can correct me.

i think its probably alot of bot traffic, dont know what the tracking filters are like for bot traffic at imodo but ive had names that get thousands of 'uniques' at one parking provider (but an extremely low ctr) and at another parking provider it has alot less 'uniques' but a decent ctr

I was the previous owner of the name. The traffic it gets is from old image requests and redirects. I used the domain to "mask" long link/image URLs during my time on Gaia Online. I find it hard to believe it has made you that much this month - but I guess it was my loss.

"Reference your high traffic, a lot of the requests are for sub page images. There is also a good deal of bot traffic (probably following the image request links). You have a reasonable amount of unique / real visitors for this domain but these are nothing like the totals being shown. For the month of February, and whilst this cannot be sure fire, our real visitor filter shows your "type in" visitors to be ~700 and your legitimate clicks to be 42.
As you say, we are quickly adding in proper reporting mechanisms that will show detailed information on every domain.
