Well I got a pretty good deal on some of these $30 Starter Kits from T-mobile since I bought in bulk, and now after giving them out to the people who need them the most, I have about 3 of them left. They already have numbers assigned to them, but you can get the number changed by calling customer service at 1-877-778-2106. Area code changes must be made by customer. The cards come with Nationwide coverage so there really isn't a need to change the number. Keep that in mind. Here are some of the features of T-mobile to go I got from the T-mobile website. I'm selling these cards pretty cheap considering you only get 130 minutes for $25 from T-mobile stores

Free incoming text messages
No Contract
No credit check
No monthly bill
Great for teenagers
No overage calls or charges
To check balance, Dial #999# and send button.
You can change the area code by Calling T-Mobile at 1-877-778-2106
Area code change must be done by the customer.
