Gamesopoly dot com is an arcade website established in early 2006. It has had constant web presence since with a semi-custom web design.
It has averaged 76 unique visitors per day for over a year, although prior years averaged 100-200 (Traffic picture attached). The main source of revenue is paid links that were set up by myself. I will give you the contact numbers of the people who bought links. The links were front page links and averaged $200/year. 4-5 were sold during the site's 4 year history. Also google adsense was recently installed, with it gaining 3.04 from April 15th to May 15th. I'm sure this could be increased.
The site is based on GSS @ Flash Games Arcade Script - GameSiteScript.com and is updated and fully working. The license will be transferred to the new owner. This license is worth ~$125 but at the time of purchase was over $300.
The domain also has a certain worth. It is a page rank of 2/10 and has several hundred indexed pages. For organic searches, it ranks 3rd on Google in "red car game", where alot of traffic comes from. It has tons of backlinks as well. The domain has been updated to 2010.
I have spent alot of time on the website and I really don't want to anymore. Updating the games is a simple click with the admin backend being simple.
