domain 3 niche generics, please share your opinion, e.g. minilaptops(dot)org

I have very few .orgs, but couldn't resist these three

minilaptops (44,000 google, 105 daily searches)
mininotebook (494,000 google, 137 daily searches)
mininotebooks (61,400 google, 16 daily searches)

Assuming a little development like a 2-3 page minisite, what do you think?

How about without a minisite?

With minisite, $xx-$xxx (low xxx) no mini site, I really dont know.
