domain 3.md - very rare one-number name

What's your opinion on price for the domain 3.md ?
Its VERY short, it's in "MEDICAL" domain zone, its very rare because
there are none one-letter and one-number domains left in any zones,
and it has not so big yearly renewal price - just 49$ per year.

This looks like a short and good domain name. I think Its price would be mid $xxx to high $xxx.

Hmm...being kind of an "expert" with these domains I would say EASY mid-high $x,xxx
I have the 2 highest recorded sales for .MD: D.MD and T.MD, both ~$10K EACH; check DNJournal Top Sales list for last year!
