wr.bz and mqd.us are the only ones i see in there above reg fee. If you were just regging thse because of length do yourself a favor and check out www.avuw.com and www.3character.com first.

IMO these aren't so great. There are still a lot of these left. I own a lot of 3-char .be, but they are IMO worthless.

I was thinking of making a site called "My Quality Domain Names" thats why i have mqd.name and i saw the .US so i bought that also. I got thinking about making a showcase site for others to sell there domains so i got yqd.name y = Your. The others where just cheap so i though i would have them, 1 day all 3 letters are going to be worth something. The dot com is today but what about tomorrow?

Hello cheapreg,

From what I can see, mqd.us is by far your best on the list. The .name domainspace hasn't really taken off in the 3 letter arena and it's debatable if it ever will. For development sake, it could be a good choice, but on the resale market, .name is pretty slow right now.

In regards to the .bz and the .cc, both names above are fine letter combos for their length, but both of those extensions have high registration costs that are hurting them on the 3 letter marketplace. (Note, wr.bz is still probably worth about $25-$40 in today's marketplace, such as on ebay). These high reg costs are probably hindering a future 3-letter buyout of those extensions, such that only top premium letter combos are currently showing any value over reg fee.

To a lesser extent, w-q.biz is in a similar boat, as L-L.biz domains haven't sold out either. Probably reg fee for now, but that could change sooner than later as a buyout could be on the horizon.
