The new weekly domain sales Report is out at DNJournal.com. It's the same old song but it's a tune that owners of ultra-short domain names never get tired of hearing. That category continued to rule our all extension Top 20 Sales Chart with 11 of the first 12 entries (and 14 of 20 overall) running 3 characters or less left of the dot. A 3-digit .com set the pace at over $200,000 and eight ever popular 3-letter .coms also landed on the elite list. We also saw of two of the year’s 10 biggest non .com gTLDs sales this week and both of those were new gTLDs. You can get all of the details here: http://www.dnjournal.com/archive/domainsales/2015/20151216.htm

I notice Snapnames results are included and even deemed "accurate" by Ron Jackson. "Most of the sales in our report come directly to us from reputable and widely-known sales venues such as Afternic.com, BuyDomains.com, Moniker.com, Sedo.com and SnapNames.com among others. We accept their sales reports as accurate ..."

Moniker? Snapnames?

Now you know more. Old news to some, but a new education to others. As far as DNJournal's judgement? You make the call.
