3 Days gone - Network Solutions not giving Auth Code - What should I do

Hi, I have sold a domain that is registered at Network Solutions.
I have requested Auth code 3 days ago and they are not giving auth code
I have opened the support request they are not replying to that.
I have called them 2 times both times they said they will send ASAP.


This is very annoying, what should I do to get the auth code from them.

Apparently Network Solutions not always responds to tickets. Mine is unanswered after 10 days.

Quite shocking that such a famous name in the sector has such poor support.

They send the code 3 days down to the minute you requested it. Also a recent change whether you click the confirm emails or not its taking an entire 7 days to transfer. Real hassle. It used to be they would release the domains a few days earlier if you responded to the confirm emails.

not a fan of this registrar but I always get code at the same business day via support ticket if domain not locked.

standard time 3 days without ticket.

u cant believe but I have had transferred domains away on 30th day of expiration so the next day will be in redemption period.

transfer away with approve click takes 3 days without 6 days

currently I have 0 domains with them.
