.tv 3 commercials in a row with a .TV

So right before bed I turn on the TV and its getting late. Im in bed and I turn to my girlfriend "ohhh look its a .TV!" She rolls her eyes as she looks up. It was a commercial for eyeq.TV! I change the channel, "whoa look another one!" She covers here ears. It was a commercial for LMN.TV - I change the channel again and its a commercial for brethe.tv - At this point I know better and just turn offf the TV.


Wow!I live in the middle of the ocean, I used to go weeks before I would see multiple commercials pushing a .TV. It was only 30 seconds and I saw 3!!!

Another good sign!

Unfortunately, he talks in his sleep. When he woke up and found his left ear missing, he also found a note from his girlfriend: "If you are going to dream and moan, it better be about me and not stupid domains".

You are right! I can't remember what it was, it was like 2 am. Ummmm It was a TV network though. I will find it! It was an LLL.TV. Hmm I will look around and fix my post!

One year ago we all would be happy if we saw one .tv ad on TV, now it's almost getting normal and I wonder how it will be in one or two years from now

I have noticed a massive increase in .tv's being used in TV adverts here in the UK over the past few months, i see at least 2,3 per day with someday many more.

It is becoming the norm for companies to use .tv for TV Ad campaigns which is great news for .tv as a whole.

The first post says he saw a commercial for brethe.tv, so people trying to remember it probably types in breath.tv and that is why it got so many hits. When I owned the domain I was wondering why it was getting any traffic.

Domain, Great story - seeing the .TVs on TV in your neck of the ocean, as well as the girlfriend bit.

This is the 3rd thread in the past day about partner issues. Very funny, very true. I read the original thread about spouse/girlfriends yesterday, laughed, told my wife about it, who laughed and said, see I'm not the only one who has these thoughts.

Makes all the sense in the world now!!! I was thinking to myself why on earth does BREATH.TV get so many hits.... Now I get it! There is an infomercial that is pushing brēthe.TV - but no one knows how to type that in so they use brethe.TV instead, and as a result your old name was killing it! I suggest to the new owner you set the keyword to homedics or brethe - you may make like $100 a month on clicks. Maybe there is an affiliate code somewhere for this thing! Cant remember if it was heroes or finster... are you guys listening?

Beyond that, glad you guys liked the story! Very interesting how many .TVs are out there! Come and buy ours all you endusers!!!!!

i mentioned awhile back all the tv's i saw on kids tv- some redirect to a com, like moonsand.tv, but the name on tv was the tv name-
i think this particular company makes several things, and bought all tvs for each product, then points it right to that item in their site- aquadots.tv goes to the same com-
but, they advertise the .tv- which my 7 year old repeated very well to me letting me know i could get her aquadots for xmas- "just go to aquadots.tv mom"

I've noticed an increase in usage here in the USA too. The general public have no problem understanding ".TV". :tu:
