Anybody seen this: http://domainsarefree.com/. Globat is now offering $3.99 domains.

Has anyone tried out their system? What kinds of management options does it include?

...Yikes! It doesn't check to see if the domain is registered until _after_ you give them your credit card info.

it said my card issuer denied it? something about the wrong address info... though that's exactly what my bill said..

then it said something about being billed twice... what's going on?
