This auction is for all 29 domains as one lot - they all expire within the next couple days so $0 start & $1 increments. I'd rather give them away than let them drop. Great deal even if you only renew one of them!!!

Sale closes Wednesday 10/27 at 9:30pm. 5 minute sniping in effect.
Payment by PayPal within 4 hours of auction close.
I will transfer the domains to your Godaddy account upon payment.
All names registered at GoDaddy.

domains received! Thank you very much!

@clay, giving Moustafa only 6 hours to respond is not enough IMHO - was he online? He is now as I see. I think 24 hours should be the minimum time allowed to respond especially for someone with flawless Itrader...

This isn't the way how business is done!
Do you want me to stay here 24 hours online in order to pm you while you don't spend here more than the time when you sell your domains?!

Thanks alot Toni for your positive Reply.
He didn't even send me a pm and i just see this auction now!

I see that this is against auction terms that things sold like that to someone else while i am still the highes bidder and was the winner as well!

yes, but i was sleeping at that time.
would you see it fair at any auction whatever the marketplace is, that you lose the deal because you were sleeping although you are the official winner?!

The op gave clear instructions on his auction as a bidder it was your responsibility to follow these..

I am sorry I am not sure what else you want me to do

Okay let me make it more clear.

The OP has violated many rules here:-

5. All bids must be recived in the auction thread. Private bids, or bids via Pm are not valid bids.

1- This is Violated when the OP said that he is going to contact Artus360 via PM in the post #5
which is considered a violating to Auction terms!

6. Only one "bump" is allowed every 24 hours. "Still available"....and the like are considered bumps. Threads that bump in less than 24 hours are unfair to other members and will be deleted.

2- This is violated when he made the post #4

3- This is violated when he made the post #5

Conclusion:-

He broke the rules 3 times in one auction thread.

Andriushc bid was made in the thread. :)

and the bumping post was to close the auction and just inform you .. you had won..

It was then your responsiblity to follow the OP instructions and provide information..

Yes you did win but did not conclude in time..

Yes you did win but did not conclude in time..

- I talk about the other member "Artus360", the seller said that he will contact him via PM
Which is totally against the rule i quoted above!

- the bumping was done TWICE not ONCE
so the rule is broken twice.

I quoted the bumping rule above which forbiddes any bumping in less than 24 hours whatever the case is!

pm rules applies to bids must be made in the thread. The seller is ok to pm the winners outside of the thread.

I think you should accept that it was your responsibility to comply with the OP's requirements and chalk this up as a learning expeirience. I am so sorry it has ended up this way for you and I can understand you being upset but.. from a rule point of view .. The op gave clear auction end time and clear instructions on payment deadline.

I am not worried about the domains at all but about the actions taken in this issue!

"Artus360" didn't join the bidding although is noted by the OP that he will be contacted.

I don't know how come 2 successive bumps are OK for him?

Would this be OK for all members to bump their auctions twice (both less than 24 hours) ?!

Thanks,
Moustafa

Ok i will explain this one last time then will move on :)

Andriushc made a bid in the thread of $0 ..

so he was in the bidding

You then bid higher but after winning did not comply so OP went to next bid before yours Andriushc

As for his bumps said

Just over an hour left - Moustafa is taking these for $1 currently!

Then just updated not bumped to say you had won

Thread closed. Moustafa wins. Please pm me your godaddy information.

As you did not comply in the time he requested he then chose to offer name to previous bidder

No response from Moustafa. Andriushc is next in line and then Artus360 via PM. I will PM each of them.

Thread is still closed.

I hope this concludes this

Many thanks
