WIPO Case filed against its current owner's - Imaging and Equipment Engineering VS EE International Electronics & Engineering S.A. for the Three Letter Dot Com Domain Name.

I can see this being an RDNH case can you after 25 years of owning the domain name?

Apparently the current owner changed the company name to EES (Equipment Engineering Services), the site looks neglected and the registrar's e-mail might be out of date (seems to be a personal e-mail of someone at the hosting company), as well as the address in whois is different than that on the website - so maybe they're hoping for non-reposnse and getting the domain this way.
