thanks for appraisals and suggestions guys ...
I am trying to sell it quick (so that the new owner has time to develop it) but in the same time I don't want to undersell it .. eg. I would probably sell it right now for $3000-$5000 , but otoh some recent .info sales , the way .infos will probably grow in the next couple of months , the Olympics and the US elections suggest that it
could be sold $5000+ ...
eBay might be a good idea , but there is also a big possibility that it get stuck in the $500-$1500 region (mostly domainers there) while I am looking for a little more as I explained above ...
the GreatD does not seem like a good idea right now since it is one day after the SnapNames Live Auction and probably many people will have "spent their money" or have "overspend" and therefore it might not get many bids ... of course that does not mean that there won't be some nice sales there anyways ...
IconPacks - I agree , eg. a politician right now would not mind spending $5000-$8000 for a pure "2008" domain so as to post
info on the elections (polls , stats , campaign information , voting info , etc) ... also "info" is a word also used in the official US government site for the elections as I saw in a SEDO ad which advertise usinfo.state.gov
dnb8 - I know  , that's why I said "I prefer peace" in the beginning of the post lol
Keynes - I think there are still chances for some end users ... eg, politicians , independent organizations for the elections , travel agents (Olympics/EURO) , betting info (Olympics/EURO) , info about scores/records (Olympics/EURO) , etc ... also it starts to get some traffic ... from the 17th of Dec it got 92 uniques and 77 (!) views-on-offer ... and this in the slow-for-internet holiday period ... in the last 3 days it is starting to pickup , 11 , 12 and 14 uniques respectively ...

www.the-end.com/
not again
I might try to send an email to the company you sent ... let's hope the sold at least a dozen so far so as to cover for the $5000 (₤2500) price
jehnidiah - it would sell on eBay but as I said I would not really expect it to go high ... I
might try it with a $2008 or $3000 no reserved start (instead of a low start with reserve since I don't like reserves) but I am not sure it would get any/many bids at that price ...
wow ... what I post ... did you know that it was exactly
2008 letters ... I just counted them ........ just kiddin'
