hi Patrick,

i like the reassuringly realistic amount of raid disk space on your plans ( and the fact that you show server specs that mention raid ), plus the monthly option so there's no lock-in, but your site leaves me wondering how many add-on domains are allowed with each account?

one question i also ask any hosts i'm considering is if the automated daily backups are for your own use only, or if customers can request individual restores ( and if there's a charge associated )
