It is one of the best place I think. They had a high % of reg during the .es landrush.

I honestly have no clue about what company that has the best chance of registering the domains you want. Do the pre-registration at some different places and just hope for the best... that's what I'm doing anyway

so it is 18 euros for a phase three reg plus 20% off. That is rather good and comes with 1 year of reg. I might reg a few!

I think they all verify that you're an European citizen... at least I've had to verify at all sites that I've done pre-registrations at. Haven't tried Eurodns though...

As far as I can see there's no fee for unsuccessful tries, but you'll only get the cash back on your Eurodns account. So you won't get it back in cash, but you can register new domains for it.
