Hi everybody,

I need an image ad for my site http://www.blogbib.com

Prize: $20 via paypal.
Image size: 150 x 200 pixels

I attach several sample ads of 150x200 that are currently posted
by other advertisers.

My ad will be displayed next to those kinds of ads,
so mine should not look crappy compared to them,
and should be eye-catchy and artistic.

No color preference.. you can choose your own colors.
No need to make it similar to our site logo.

If you want, you can add the title of our site ("BlogBiB") to the image.
Short descriptions like "Promote your blog for free" OR "free blog directory"
could be added also, but not requirement..

Animated image is welcome.

please show off your skill to people!

hi se,
thanks for the initiative!
Good design, I think.
yes, the image doesnot need to be crowded,
and just elegantly convey the message that this is
about blog promotion, and driving traffic to your blog.

One thing is the image ad is supposed to be 150x200,
not 150x250. Couple you please rescale your ad?

Guys please join in!!

thanks for your design!
I like the animated text on top.
big "free" is very eye-catchy.. :)
I think the white small text could be made
more visible (against the current bg).

I like the textile patterns in bg.
bg would look much better if it could somehow
be made bloggish.. but not required..

the combination of the upper body
and bottom part could be improved abit...
but the title in the bottom is quite visible as is.

thanks again for your work!!

guys, show off your design, I know you are talented..

hi SB_GEMINI,

thanks for your entry, and the nice design!

I would like to have more of artistic tone in my ad
since my site is not selling any product,
but your ad certainly grabs my attention. :)

Is it possible to replace or add some text in the ad
so that people know BlogBiB is a free blog directory
once they see it.

Thanks alot for your design!

guys, please let the contest go on!

hi eh-stevo,

Thanks for your design!
I like having our complete domain name shown
on the bottom as your design does.
Since our domain name is short, they will easily
remember it by seeing the text.

I feel the ad image itself attracts more attention
than it needs to..especially when it is not related
to blogging.

Also, we need some way to let people know
BlogBiB is a blog directory.

Thanks again for your entry..

Hello,

Heres my submission. Let me know of your comments.

Edit: Also a slightly different version

alright, you are a design machine! :)
this one is less commercial looking than before.
Also, the color tone goes quite well with our site.
I like your highlighting the texts in the above.

some suggestions:
looks like there are too many words "free".
the small word "Free" in the middle may not be needed there.
you could replace it with something else, or just remove it..
Also, there is another "free" in the bottom.
how about changing the last sentence to something else
without using "free"?

The font in the upper part needs to be made more visible..

Good job! thanks!

Thanks for your work, Wish!
I like the sentence "Get Your Blog Noticed"
Instead of "BLOGBIB", how about "BlogBiB.com"
so that people remember which url to go to right away?

The animated yellow region and the rest could
be merged in a better way; i don't know how..
Also, "It's free!" could be made more legible.

Guys, feel free to comments on your peers' design.
I will take them into account when i make my decision.
Thanks!

Hi vip-ip,
I like your effort to try to make the ad simple and to the point.
Yes, stylish simiplicity is what I would prefer..
But I'm not sure I get your point (abit ipod-ish...)
Anyway, if you somehow make the ad more to the point,
the ad would be definitely aesthetic and eye catchy.

Also, the texts in the ad need to be more legible..

thanks for your entry!!
