These are two separate items. If you want to bid, please specify which program you are bidding on. The winner(s) receives exclusive rights and source code to the program as well as the domain and content.
The first one is Unique Content Maker you can go to http://uniquecontentmaker.com/index1.html for more information and to see screenshots and read the documentation go to http://uniquecontentmaker.com/documentation . This is a great program to create unique content out of any text you find. The program has over 183,500 words in it to make it the ultimate unique content making program and you can easily customize the words to make it even better. Make sure you check out the links they have a lot of information about this program. The domain uniquecontentmaker.com is registered at godaddy and expires on 3/26/07 (free push to your godaddy account). No copies of this program have ever been sold or given out.
The second one is Easy Replace. You can go to http://easyreplace.com/index1.html for more information and to see screenshots and read the documentation go to http://easyreplace.com/documentation . With this program you can edit multiple files within directories or sub-directories at the click of a button. This is great if you have to change ad code, headers, footers, anything on multiple pages or even have to find text within a directory. This program can save you a lot of time. The domain easyreplace.com is registered at namecheap and expires on 1/15/07 (free push to your namecheap account). No copies of this program have ever been sold or given out.
Remember these are both unique programs and you get all rights to them.
A couple of rules. I will not give these programs out for anyone to test. If you need a demonstration, contact me and I'll try to setup a time that is convenient for both of us and you can send me any files you want and I will modify them on the spot so you can see the speed of these programs and send them back to you or upload them. The reason I'm doing it this way is because I want to maintain the exclusivity to the buyer and let them decide how they would like to distribute the program(s). Also if I'm not happy with the final bid I reserve the right not to sell either program.
