Failed to load control 'CommonDialog' from COMDLG32.OCX, Your version of COMDLG32.OCX may be outdated, etc, etc.

Alright, I just did a quick Google search and the problem looks to be your system's color depth.

To fix this, do the following:

Increase the color depth on the computer that the application is running on. To change the color depth, follow these steps:
On the Windows desktop, right-click Properties.
Click the Settings tab.
Under Color Quality, click to select a higher number of display colors.
Click Apply, and then click OK.​

Let me know if that doesn't work. I've never had a problem with XP. There was one Vista Home Basic box I tried that had an error, but I just clicked the dialog box's "download" key, and it installed the driver in less than a minute.

I've tested the software on three XP Home, one XP Professional, 2 Vista Home Basics (one had the issue, one didn't) and one Vista Ultimate (which worked fine).
