*MAY* sell: Exclusive resale rights to unique script (almost $1000 revenue)
Hi,
I am toying with the idea of selling exclusive resale rights to my unique script. By that I mean the buyer will be the ONLY person able to resell the script - even I won't be able to sell it.
Why? The site I sold the script on, www.biospherical.net, has been down for almost the whole of this month (bad hosting!) and I no longer really have the time to run any businesses right now (due to other current commitments in my life). I don't have the time to rebuild the site (I had no backup and the hosting provider is not responding to my emails) at the moment and am not sure if the hosting will be back or not.

I had made almost $1000 in revenue from script sales and a deal made with someone since mid-December. But early in the year my previous hosting provider simply disappeared so I had to rebuild the site from scratch then. That lost me about a month in selling time. So altogether the site has been active for about 3 and a half months. I hope this illustrates the true potential and value of the script (because it has made a significant amount of money in a short time on a tight advertising budget!).
I have invested mid $xxxx of my own money into the development of this script and some advertising (although not loads). To develop a script like it from scratch would require a very experienced php/html coder, a brilliant graphic designer (for the map) and a four figure investment. The current version of the script is V1.2 (it started at V1.0).
I will sell if I receive the right offer. I will not even consider offers less than $xxxx firstly because the income made is more than that and secondly because I've put more than that amount of personal investment into the script.
I will give more details to prospective buyers, but please do only get in touch if you are interested in making an offer. Remember I'm not desperate to sell or anything but will sell at the right price as currently I do not have the time to market or develop the script further.

SUMMARY:
- If bought, you would get outright rights to the script, and be the only person able to sell it.
- I cannot promise a site will be included. If the hosting comes back up it will be. I could rebuild the site for a buyer but would have to charge extra to do so.
- Remember, the real value is in the product itself not necessarily the website. This has so much potential and there are many possible avenues for the script that you could be making $xxxx - $xx,xxx per month with it.
