Template for Sale
I have been creating some web templates for my own personal use and I know that I will not be using the following, so I am selling it for $10 if anyone happens to be interested.

The template is valid XHTML 1.0 Strict + valid CSS. You get the HTML and CSS files + the graphics (in .ufo format for future editing, in addition I am willing to do slight modifications to the graphics/logo for no extra cost.)
There is a CSS roll-over effect on the navigation bar where borders appear around the navigation bar item (as shown in the screenshot).
