I run a weekly contest on www.PaintContest.com, where people post pictures made in ms paint and I give $10 to the funniest one. Each contests gets a lot of entries. However, I have no ads on the site and am giving money away, so I need to put some sponsors on each contest.

For $2, you'll have your site posted in the top post of Contest #4 and it'll stay there forever, even after the contest has finished.
