I run ms paint contests on www.paintcontest.com where I award a winner $10. The site has no ads and is driven by people sponsoring each contest. The last contest met the 20 entry requirement (http://paintcontest.com/showthread.php?tid=31&page=1)
The new contest starts Sunday and I'm looking for some people to sponsor it for just $3. Not only will this give you some extra exposure, but you're getting more backlinks.
