2 questions about registrars and Sedo and Afternic

I have 2 questions, if you have a minute...

1. On sedo, is SedoMLS Premium worth using?

2. I see I can't use SedoMLS Premium if my domains are registered with godaddy...

If I want to use both sedo.com and afternic.com -- if I want a registrar that works well with those, and is good in general, where would be a good place to register domains / what registrar?
