i found 2 letter info domain available. how do you register 2 letter domain, where, and how much does it cost?

You can register a 2 char domain at any registrar, and it costs as much as a normal registration.
However, I think they are all gone, so you'll have to buy them off of other domainers

All two letter .info domains are unregistered because they're reserved.
You're out of luck. (Unless ICANN let Affilias stick them in some sort of auction one day)

The only extensions you'd be able to get a 2 character domain in are some ccTLDs but prices vary e.g. .vg (same price as normal reg about $35) or .ws (some silly amount like $1000pa)
