Hi,
I'm selling two established PR2 sites, www.site-submit.be and www.tpc-ebooks.be.
1) Site-Submit.be - Alexa rank of 1,396,848, PageRank 2, has made money although not lots. Previously PR4. Needs some targeted advertising to fulfill its full potential.
2) TPC-eBooks.be - Part of The Purple Cow network hence the 'TPC' beginning. A new domain could easily be bought and tpc-ebooks.be could be redirected to this. It has a PR2 (previously PR4) and an Alexa rank of 1,463,372. Has made more money than Site-Submit.be and has a one year listing on over 200 search engines when you type in the keyword ebooks. For example type in ebooks to www.exactseek.com and look at the Featured Listings for:

This advertising works and has already increased income for me.
Both of these sites have potential, I haven't been able to fill this due to lack of time to promote the sites. They are both very easy to run - TPC-eBooks.be is completely automated and Site-Submit.be simply requires you to submit the clients site using some software (which I will provide). Their pagerank has recently been updated and the drop is probably due to my negligence. Both sites have made money but they certainly haven't made as much as they can.
Both sites are hosted on their own accounts and hosting is paid for forever, so no need to worry about this. The domians are registered with EuroDNS until the end of Jan.2007.
