Revenue - $10 per month from both sites or so from adsense, approximately the same from amazon.
Both sites have nice potential if good SEO work will be done.
Both sites are pretty old and are out of the google sandbox.

Reason for sale - I havent time for them in past and most likely will not have time for them in future, so I want to sale that 2 sites.

Sites are powered by custom zend encoded php script, both have powered admin areas.

No, sorry. Starting price is for the 1 item.
It's old sites with around 100k pages indexed.
Most likely all search engines use site age as "quality" factor (like backlinks count). Its not so visible in yahoo as in google for example, but its do matter.
Its much more hard to promote new site instead of promoting old and established.
