Usage Stats: 70GB of transfer so far this month. 2.5GB storage space.
Files: 6,844
Users: 600 (This is mostly signed up from this month, the user count used to be at over 4.5k, but the database was deleted).
Average visits/day: 500+
Revenue: Close to none (Probably only $20/$30 month. I haven't really bothered channeling.)

Usage Stats: 90GB of bandwidth this month. 450MB of storage used.
Files: 1,685
Users: 300 (Again user count was well over 2000 before the database got wiped, most of the sign ups are from this month).
Average visits/day: According to webalizer, 6500+. However, there was a recent porn problem and that may have driven up the traffic artificially. The porn problem has been resolved.
Revenue: Close to none again, the traffic quickly dipped after the databases got wiped. Probably only $10-$20/month.

As you can see, they have a lot of room to grow, but I simply don't have ANY time for these sites. Maintenance time is about 5 minutes just to check the logs. However, advertising takes some time; 30 minutes/day (I can outline how to continue to the new owner).

I'm looking for a quick sale, so I'm starting low, $30 starting bid for both. I will end the auction in couple of days - haven't decided on a day yet.

I have fixed the problem. It was an issue with my server sessions settings.

You can do virtually everything from the admin panel. There is no need for FTP access. You can set/limit/ban file types, delete accounts, monitor overall bandwidth/space/user/file counts. You can also limit the size of accounts. Unfortunately there are no galleries.

At the moment there is no function that allows you to sift through the files, although all you have to do is check the bandwidth logs and any porn files will usually be at the top due to their high bandwidth consumption.

Porn hasn't really been that big of an issue, I've banned a couple of ips and what not, and if you want to clear out the porn accounts simply search in the admin panel for email addresses that porn uploaders commonly used - 126.com, mailinator, dodgeit, etc.
