Established 2 Established/High Traffic/Profit generating File Hosting Sites!

Hey folks,
I'm selling two file hosting sites, www.myfileshack.com and www.thefilebucket.com , because I need funds for my project. I would prefer to sell them together if possible, I think they complement each other rather well .

At the moment the sites are receiving around 2500 uniques/day combined right now. About 1500 for thefilebucket and 1000 for myfileshack. The sites definitely have not reached their full potential, I have done very little advertising, its spread like wild fire with advertising just by word of mouth. Traffic has been skyrocketing. Its rising everyday.

Note: Awstats requires 48 hours to update, so todays stats are not complete/fully accurate.

Very little upkeep is required everyday. Just check the logs and on ocassion you will see a bandwidth hogger, and you can delete it easily from admin panel. Takes about 5 minutes a day.

The sites are hosted on my dedicated server, but I have about 20 other sites hosted on the same dedicated server, thefilebucket and myfileshack take up a small portion of it. They have used ~50GB of bandwidth and 1.7GB of storage combined, so far this month. The sites could easily fit on a large reseller/VPS for the time being.

Together, they have generated low $xxx profit via adsense in the past few weeks. I estimate that thefilebucket generates about ~55% of the profit, while myfileshack generates ~45%.

I'm accepting all offers.

When was the site created?

How much income and can you verify it?

How many Unique Visitors as AWStats "visits" isn't unique, they have that stat further down on the page?

How many members on each site and how many sign up per day?

How much would hosting cost me for the two sites?

Low xxx combined, high xx for both. Not allowed to disclose any more info from adsense.

As far as I know, Awstats are unique. If it was done by impressions or "hits," the number would be much much higher.

At the moment bout 500 and 600 for myfileshack and thefilebucket, respectively. Gets 30-50 sign ups a day.

It really depends, how much reliability and control do you want? Being the control freak I am, I would recommend putting it on your dedicated if you already have one, but if not, I'm sure you could get away with hosting it on a Reseller or VPS for the time being. I'd say $20-$30/month on a Reseller/VPS. If you hosted it on a dedicated, you could get away with hosting it on a celeron for $50-$60. It wouldn't take up close to all of the resources on a dedicated; you could probably host another 10-30 sites on the dedicated.
