Not going to mention the domains but they were exact match domains for an address.
I made the mistake of contacting enduser.
Ended up having a lawyer reach out to me.

If the cost of an enduser to come after me with a lawyer will cost $2,500 and the domain is priced under that.
Well even the lawyer said. "They are better off buying."

And they did.

Gotta love it when their lawyer makes the sale for you.

My other mistake since the property was on the corner. I regged both streets the name of the website possibly could be.

Kinda put them in a corner. They did not like that one bit.

In comes lawyer.

strange thing though. They paid. but went with their own domain but my domains point to the one they reg.
I guess at least for SEO value it helps to own the ones I sold them.

Writing this thread because just saw their ad in my inbox. lol

moral? pick and choose who you reach out too. Take your time and look at ever angle you can get F**ked.

Glad this one worked out with me getting a check.

The property does look nice.

fyi. address domains are tricky as I am realizing now. it's not a "reach out" game but more a "waiting game" more so than generic domains.

especially if your's is an exact match address especially if the street name is something so unique or obscure not like

Main Street
or
Apple Street
or
(any US State) street
