domain 2 domains (Diseases names)

I would be grateful if you could tell me your opinion of these 2 domains:

anoxaemia.com
alzheimer-disease.com

Not sure what anoxaemia is,however, both domains/diseases are some what difficult to spell without thinking a bit. The combos of the x's/z/a/e specially make the domains undesirable. I don't believe disease domains are valuable. The marketability of either is of little to no existence. I would give reg fee for both.

I agree since the names are harder to spell i brings down the value.

Agree, hard to spell and also, I believe the correct way should be "Alzheimer’s" not "Alzheimer". I've done that mistake myself many times.
