1st page of Google

Hi all , ive just recently managed to get on the first page of google with a website of mine.All ive got is one page with a google newsfeed on it , which updates itself daily , so theres different news about these products each day . Its a wordpress theme and its got adsense on , but only say about 5 adverts , which isnt earning alot of money , infact its only pence .

What id like to know is , what to do next , do i add more pages , with more adverts etc , do i approach bigger companys asking if they would like to advertise on my site ? would they want to advertise on my site ? Any help and ideas would be appreciated , so i could utilise me being raked 6th on the first page

I'm sorry no one has bothered to reply to your question yet. I would start adding more content, try to add 1 page or post per day. Make sure your site has a SEO plug-in and you should get more and more traffic and revenue as time goes on.

I wouldn't approach bigger companies. Your site isn't significant enough at this point. Also, if it disappears from page 1 of GG, don't be surprised. These things are ever-changing. I agree you need more content.

Some keywords are searched more than others, and thus more valuable. Your ranking is probably worthless since you were able to get it so easily.

How many uniques per day are you getting?

Not necessarily worthless. But your ranking will definitely drop if you don't add any more unique content. Copying content wont help. Start backlinking, add pages. Try to make this ranking permanent. Then worry about monetisation...
