Just got the email. NameCheap is down to $17.99 again. Doesn't appear to be a time-limited offer. Not good for renewals. I didn't check transfers.

This seems to be the cheapest place to reg .tv names now. Wonder if Godaddy will have another $15.99 (or lower) sale soon

Not as good as GDs $15.99 ... but noticed today that NameCheap is running their $17.99 deal again.
