In my opinion, these domains have no value. The .biz extension is decreasing in value and there is almost no demand for it. The .com is just a mix of random numbers and a letter, so it has no value.

The numeric .biz - Worth $0. I own a premium generic single word .biz domain and I didn't receive a single offer nor the listing received interest.

.biz gTLD is dying.

The combined numbers & a letter .com domain is worth reg fee or a bit more for end user only.
But it will be nearly impossible to find an end user for such domain.

Best to set auto renew to off for both domains.
