negotiable 141 uniques this month! [so far]

Ok people,,this domain is /has been parked at Sedo for a few months and the uniques have gone up monthly, it was 90 or so last month, right now it's at 141 unique hits this month without a site or advertising. There are still 10 days left this month, so if you figure 7 uniques a day, this domain should pull over 200 uniques this month without a site/advertising, nice huh?
