Hello,
I am going to offer $115 custom sites, im not sure how long I will offer this for...depends on how it all works out. right now i am trying to work on getting a bigger portfolio. I have been coding and designing sites for about 5 years however very few of the sites I built are still on-line (mostly school sites that get redesigned every year). I will build a 5 page site plus a php contact page for $115. This price will include:
-Custom header (logo not included, see below)
-Valid xhtml (strict) and CSS
-css based layout, no tables
-up to 5 custom images (including header, for logo information see below)
-SEO friendly links, every a link will have a title
-every site is hand coded
-Browser testing
-Windows- IE 5, 5.5, 6, 7, Firefox, Safari, Netscape, Opera
-Mac- Safari, IE versions
-Linux- Firefox, Opera, ies4linux
-All links can have :hover state
-fixed width page layout
-1, 2 or 3 columns
-left hand or top navigation
-footer
-php contact page, hides your email from spammers
On top of these great features the extra feature below can be added for a nominal price:
-Logo Design $25 (5 revisions, every revision after is $5)
-Css Dropdown menus $15
-Extra custom images $5 each
-extra pages $15
-Hosting starting at $7.50/month
Other options available on request.
The turn around time on these sites will be between 1-4 days. I like to work closely with my clients to make sure they like every aspect of their site. I simply ask that my clients make them selfs available as much as possible during the design process to speed things up. Checking your email a couple times a day is more than sufficient. The client must provide all content, this includes words, titles, images, pictures. I do have some stock images that I have resell rights to and am willing to use these if the client requests. When the client submits the written content I ask that it be organized. I will let you know more details if you are interested through pms.
