I have a misspelling of a popular real estate web site that is projected to bring over $1000 this year in parking.

How do you value something like that?

I am not interested in selling it, just want to get a good value.

Usually the value is revenue times a few years for domains like this.

1st you change the projected to "proven" then move to step 2

I've been offered 7-8 years revenue by a huge domain investment company.

So I'd suggest you go by that. $7-8,000 with proof of visitors and revenue and they'll want you to point the ns to them as well for 30-90 days in addition to showing the previous months stats.
