I'm looking for an appraisal of ExpertAppraised.com

It was registered years ago for an expert appraiser in the real-estate field, but never used.

Real estate expert appraisal alone is a multi billion dollar a year industry.

But it could also be used for any other type of expert appraisal business too -- from art to domain names.

Thoughts on value?

Appraisal would have been great. This may fly for low $$$$ but really difficult.
I am looking at Expert Appraised property listing site but then, could be a hit or a miss. One renewal worth name.

I literally just had a property expert appraised. It's a big industry.
