what are your metrics for figuring out worth of domain? 12 months revenue? 24 revenue months? 36 months revenue? 48 months revenue?

also, do sites need to be parked? will you buy websites too?

Sites need to be parked. 16-20x monthly revenue is my formula. Depends on the quality of the domain too.! Income proof is a must! No websites please (may consider automated websites with good traffic and revenue!)
