domain 10 dotcom domains with great potential - need appraisal

Hi all
I have posted these on SEDO for auction. I got them yesterday.
So far i've been getting awsome feedback on these domains from friends and emails. I am planning to do lot more research and appraisals before i accept any serious offers, since you don't really know what you got until you lost it.
I also want to have sedo appraise one of them for $29.95 but not sure which one. Any suggestions? is it worth it to have sedo appraise them? Most of all I am hoping for forum feedbacks and suggestions.

Anu suggestions are appreciated.

Just a tip for future note... If you find someone on a forum that is interested in your domain, it's better to accept those offers here, otherwise you'll have to pay a 10% commission to Sedo for any domains you sell.

The only one I see with big development potential is SuperBowlPlay.com, due to the massive interest in football here in America. I'd start a forum for sports fans who love to talk about and analyze the game of American football, especially around Superbowl time. You could have links to video clips of all the big plays from this and last years game so forum members could have a quick resource to pull from when they are discussing a play.

I really don't see the potential for selling any of these quickly to end-users or resellers. They will all need development to have value beyond registration fee.

I see big potential in:

AirlineExpress.com

for obvious reasons, but of course after development.

As briman mentioned, SuperBowlPlay.com also has dev
potential the way he described.

1Strong.com rolls off the tongue nicely (One Strong dot com), but the number hurts it somewhat.
Could make for a good Articles site.
