1 single html page design - good pay

I need a new design for a SINGLE html page. Design must be professionally stunning and unique. If the finished work is satisfactory I will give you some more work.

To give you an idea it's a download site -- so there will be a screenshot, some download links, text content and banner ads -- all this must be implemented by you from the old page to your own newly html created page.

If you know little html PLEASE DON'T BOTHER, I don't know how to code but I know very well how it looks a poor designed page. I'm willing to pay more than what's fair if I can find the right person to complete it.
