The attachement shows how the functions on the site must work.
Also, the pictures must be changeable from HTML/CSS code. when someone clicks anything on the site I want the site to have the same functions as this site:

So they get to a registration frame when clicking anything on the site. You will get a link from me that you can frame and adjust sizes to,etc. The frame order aff. URL MUST be easy to change with HTML/CSS.
Design the site as similar to a dating site as you can,a full page design. Remember you do not have to have any functions here, only the IP geo function in location, be able to change name,etc in HTML, and to be able to change pics.
