Portal page HTML design needed

Hello NP,

I have recently started a forum and now I need a nice and professional looking portal page.

The website is sustainabilityforum.com.

I have got a nice logo and the forum is vbulletin.

I would like to have this in HTML because I can then use this template to create more sub pages if I like to in the future. I need four things then:

1) A template page with the basic design
2) A CSS template with the design
3) A professional looking portal page
4) One or more nice buttons one of which says “Enter forum”

The content for the portal page is open at this point but what I would like is to have the logo in the header and a button at the footer to enter the forum. As the current page has.

I am open to all other create ideas regarding what would be useful for the portal page.

I would be willing to pay $50-100 USD for a really good page & CSS.

So please contact me and provide me with your references and projects and then we can start the little project if we can agree on a price.
