1) pls make an offer.
2) up for renewals next month at WHC.ca.
3) these tend to be rare from a collectors standpoint as they don't go on the market often.
there are also very few of them. 100 at most for the C--C and 1000 for the C--CC.
4) I'm betting the Chinese will eventually want to collect these for their private collections as there are so few of them.
