Advertising programs like Adbrite?

Hey I am wondering if we could start a list of advertising programs similar to Adbrite.com, Google Adsense, Miva.com, ect...

Please post any services like this that you know of. Whether it is a pay per click model, or a service that will help in the buying and selling of ad space.

Well, unilaterally AdBrite accused me of click fraud (I was innocent) and stole a lot of money from me, back when they were called Marketbanker. They allowed my login and stat panel to keep working for months so they could steal as much traffic as they could from me before I noticed. Beware of these thieves!
