The best PPC/CPC/CPM programs

I'm kinda new in the PPC/CPC/CPM programs and I was wondering if you could tell me which PPC/CPC/CPM programs are the best, besides Google Adsense?
Also, if you know some programs that pay the user via moneybookes that would certainly be great

axill pays via mb. $20 minimum if i remember right.
