Adbrite vs others

What programs have people had the most success with? Or does it depend on the topic of the site? (I'm talking selling ad space, not buying)

Adbrite
Adengage
Text-Link-Ads
LinkAdage

I've used Text-Link-Ads with minor success, but had trouble when I purchased an ad (it kept disappearing from the site it was supposed to be on). The company did straighten it out, but I had to demand that it not be renewed after they auto-renewed it.

Is there another one that's better that I am missing?

I say Yahoo Publisher network is the top right now..... and google adsensew.,... adbrite aint so good

But specifically programs that are not pay-per-click, but where people pay for a link on your site for a given amount of time.
