Advertising on phpBB boards for sale

I run the following 2 forum hosting sites:-

phpBB Boards - STATS
Flexi Forums - STATS

I am just about to start selling banner advertising for these boards (currently have google adsense).

Flexi forums currently displays ads at the top AND bottom of the forums. phpBB boards shows ads at the bottom of the forums (but is quite popular). At present I am not willing to change this as this is what they are used too.

current advertising plans are as follows:-

10,000 impressions - $10
25,000 impressions - $24
50,000 impressions - $45
100,000 impressions - $85

Just a note according to statcounter.com the site gets an average of 4,697 visitors a day (from full days that I have been using the service) and an average of 35,314 pageloads.
