Advertising Coupon Source

How would you guys suggest I go about advertising Coupon Source?

Right now Bryan and I have only posted in some forums and blog sites. Other than that we haven't done any other form of advertising. We thought about purchasing some paid blog plugs and 468 x 60 advertisements on some hosting forums and domain forums, but we aren't sure about that yet.

Do you guys have any other methods or suggestions on how to advertise Coupon Source

Use it when you post on industry blogs, stick around in chat and everytime someone asks for a coupon site, throw the link in.

I know these are not the most exciting or radical techniques, but after using once, this site got bookmarked [along with 1000+ unorganised bookmarks, but :p]. I will use it, and anytime someone else asks for domain coupons, i direct them to it.

Just keep the site updated with active codes and it should spread through webmaster haunts like wildfire when it comes to renewing season.

You can also pursue the traditional 'banner space' and text link purchases, but this may not return a decent ratio.

Also try to get listed in some social bookmarking services, might get you a lovely kick of traffic and some decent steady hits.

I think you are doing a good job promoting COUPON SOURCE

Just keep visitng boards and let them know about COUPON SOURCE and how you can provide them with deals, bargains, coupon code, domain coupons, hosting coupons, etc :hehe:

Seriously, though, just keep looking for links and keep hitting the major hosting and webmaster boards out there. Those kind of sites, once you get a user base, tend to grow organically through word of mouth and repeat users.
