well i have started a new site up: http://mysticproxy.com

how would you reccomend advertising it? i am on a limited-0 budget, i joined a few link exchanges, posted it on a lot of forums, but any other ideas on how to advertise for free, there are people who can get there sits a lot of hits by buying advertising, the advertising i have is limited, a link, or a banner from other sites in same position as me

well, I would develop the site a bit more before promoting it... the desing just does not "Sell Me"

You could try one of the many traffic exchanger sites like trafficswarm.com even though it is not good traffic. But you still get a couple of hits.
