Advertising a blog?

What are the best (free) methods of advertising my blog? Obviously I need a bit more content, only 3 posts currently, but i've got a "To Blog" list and won't be running out of ideas any time soon.

good way to advertise is via blog as well.

I'm trying to get into the habit of one post per day, so in a few weeks i'll have a good amount of content.

a few ideas to get you started:

- tell your friends and family about the blog
- forum postings, signatures, np click exchange
- advertising on websites related to your blog
- advertise on your own website(s)
- advertise on your myspace/facebook/profiles/etc

the most famous here in namepros are: stumbleupon.com, del.icio.us and either technorati and others are google.com/bookmarks
favorites.live.com

I put some social bookmarking buttons on my blog, and someone added a review I wrote to del.icio.us, which made me happy I hope it'll continue to work.

Advertise and promote it like what you would normally do with a regular site. SEO, link building, advertisements, social bookmarking, blog and forum posting, etc. should serve you just fine
